Picture perfect - Whistler, British Columbia

Whistler Air
While I was sitting on the patio sipping the cool water and watching the flowers in bloom, the golfers on the luscious course guiding their strikes, and the green waters of the lake, the snow-capped mountains beyond, it was quiet. Peaceful and tranquil. No noises of vehicles even the conversations at the surrounding tables were drowned by the silence. What a joy! This was a moment to savor.

If only I did not have to run-off to see another spot, take another picture, do another thing. Just sit there and do nothing what a beautiful thing it would be. I do not want to read because then I am travelling in another time and i am missing the beauty of the present. Maybe write about what I see, but that has to be done instantaneously. Paint wow. If only i was an artist and if i could capture but only a fraction what a fabulous souvenir to take home with me. As I look around the beautiful paintings on the walls here, i know that it is a depiction of someone's moment with an ethereal beauty. No imagination is necessary to create these beauties. It is there right before your eyes, if you had a means of capturing it forever.
